ALERE Starts Construction of New Industrial Project in Carson
CARSON, CA – July 2017 – ALERE Property Group commenced the construction of a new 147,059 square-foot industrial development in Carson, California. The project will deliver a state-of-the-art logistics/distribution warehouse to the dynamic South Bay Los Angeles market.
The project is located at 200 East Alondra Blvd. in Carson, California. It features 147,059 total square feet including 6,370 square feet of corporate office space. The high image, class “A” project will feature ESFR sprinklers, 36’ minimum ceiling clearance, 18 dock high positions, a 100% concrete yard and 135’ truck court. In addition, the property provides drive around access and a gated loading area.
Alere has teamed up with LAREM Industrial Real Estate Specialists to market this project for lease.
